I recently visited an old house in my neighborhood. The floor was covered in old light blue and white hydraulic tiles. I immediately thought of this Mike Schley symbol and tried to reproduce it. The pieces are a bit sloppy, but the idea is interesting, even if it's for a dungeon floor plan... you just need the patience to put them in one by one.

I think the fact that they aren’t exactly perfect is realistic for an older building that would have settled a bit after the tiles were laid down.
Taking the map apart to look for patterns inside patterns... I had this quick idea for a (yet another lol) "Spelljammer" style map.
