Maps failing to export as any image type.
I'm not exactly sure what's going on here, or even how to further explain any further than the title. No matter the pixel size, selection, number of layers, or even original map file itself- Absolutely nothing in the 'save as' function, meant to produce an exported image, are functioning properly.
Is this perhaps related to my having freshly installed this program onto a new OS and hardrive? Is there something essential I must've missed or overlooked doing first? If anyone here has a suggestion for something I can try to fix this, please inform me.

I'm rather vague as to exactly how far through the "Save as..." process you're able to get, although from your comments, I think you must be able to get as far as the "Bitmap options" panel for saving an image, as that's where the pixel or physical image size can be set. This one:
However, I'm unclear if you simply can't change anything on this panel, or if, having set the properties you require, you then can't save an image from your CC3+ map.
My initial thought would be that in either case, a repair reinstall of a fresh download of the CC3+ program might be worth trying. There seems no reason to think that your new computer system would be causing the problem at this stage (I recently did a full installation on a new machine myself, with no similar problems, for instance).
The screenshot you showed though does seem unusual. I have no image files with the names you're showing in my Program Files (x86) folder. Indeed, very little of the CC3+ materials go into that folder ordinarily at all - most go into the Program Data one. This suggests these could be your own created files, and they shouldn't be stored in any of the main CC3+ program folders if so, because they're liable to be overwritten and lost in any program updates.

As Wyvern says, nothing should really go into the Program Files directory, that spot is reserved for the actual program executables, nothing else. Windows have special protections when it comes to everything inside here to avoid unintentional modifications, and that can very well interfere with trying to save image files.
Please try to save them somewhere else.
Running the updater may've fixed whatever issue was going on. The other things you mention about files ending up in that directory are simply stuff I've always had happen, for the entirety of the time I've had this program even on the old OS. I'm not sure why it places map or image files in that particular area, I've never touched any of the default settings in that regard. Still does so even after the update, though so far now with working image exports.
That's just the default option that comes up when you start to save, but it shouldn't be the one you ever choose to use. Just navigate away from that default to save your image files where you need them to be - I use a special set of folders in my Documents folder for ease, for example.
Glad to know you'd got the problem of saving images sorted now at least!
