Just a head's up. If you are missing some annuals or symbol sets, character artist, etc. they are now on Humble Bundle. For $30, you get everything.
As a side note, I think this is a good sign that CC4 will be out soon.

I like the bundle, but I don't need a 3rd license for the main software and some of the others. I just want the annuals. It's still a good deal, but jeez...a 3rd license? SIGH
I personally gave my second and third licence to people I know will appreciate it. And I think I've seen a few people give them away in their favourite community/forum.
The only things I don’t have now (having stocked up a lot over the last year) anre Annuals 1 and 3 (and Tokens). If there’s an annual that includes those with CC3, and I could give CC3 away while keeping those, I have a friend I could give it to. I peeked at the offer but got confused!
This offer was all individual serials.

How do you transfer serials?
Or do you just get the serials "unattached" and register them to whomever?

Yes. It's easier if you haven't already registered the product yourself, but if you have all is not lost - you can contact Profantasy from this page to get the registration transferred to the recipient. Remember, though, that a licence for an annual cannot be split into the different issues.
Looks like the sale is going on for six more days. Just sent a link to my gaming group (haven't played with them in 15 years but we're starting a new campaign in May). Each of them are game masters in different campaigns, so could come in handy for all of them.
I did it! I'm all caught up. There were only two annuals that I was missing, Annuals 1 and 3 (from 2007 and 2009), so I used the discount code that Ralf sent with the newsletter to complete my collection. There are now only four things I don't have:
But I don't really use Dioramas, and while the tokens could be decorative, I would probably use a VTT system with their own moveable symbols if I end up using these in an actual game. So basically, I'm all caught up until CC4 and DD4 come out. (Will there also be a City Designer 4?)
