Can't login to registered users site

in Mapping with ProFantasy's Software
My old PC died so I got a new one. I am now attempting to reinstall all of my PF software but I need to get to the registered users site to get all my serial numbers and find all of the appropriate downloadable content, etc. However, when I attempt to login to http://www.profantasy.com/service/registry.asp?ID=68604.07 I see my account info in the 'address' tab but every time I attempt to switch to the 'products' tab I get a 'duplicate email address error'. I have not altered anything on this page. Does anybody know what I can do to get beyond this point?

    Sorry, this isn't a known issue so I don't know what's happening. Please would you e-mail mark@profantasy.com with your login e-mail and which web browser you use and I will work out what's up?
