CC3+ symbol catalogs are empty

I recently reinstalled CC3+, including Dungeon Designer and City Designer, after purchasing a new computer.
I can open a session of CC3+ with no issues, but when I click on the symbol catalogs they're empty:
Am I missing a step in the installation process? Thanks

Looks like your current map is in the basic CC3 dungeon style. That style doesn't have additional catalogs, as it is just a vary simple preview style for dungeons. All symbols are in the symbol catalog being loaded with the map, the one currently in your symbol catalog window.
Ah - did I reload CC3 by mistake? I thought I was reloading the CC3+:
The CC3 Dungeon style is included in CC3+. Just start a fresh map, but use the style "DD3 Dungeon" instead. That will give you the same look with lots more options.
