            The National Library of Scotland has a super collection of maps that can be viewed online (https://maps.nls.uk/).
For me thre are many highlights including a complete set of high resolution scan of the Bleau Atlas Major (https://maps.nls.uk/atlas/blaeu-maior/info.html). They also have many Ordnance Survey map series for Scotland and the earlier maps for the entire UK (https://maps.nls.uk/os/).

Thank you Galtisant - that's a great resource. I really appreciate all the links to late 19th / early 20th Century historical maps that get posted here as - contrary to what you might think from my map posts here - Call of Cthulhu is actually my favourite RPG.
