Something I've recently noticed: Metric templates (at least the Watabou ones) may scale symbols properly but the drawing tool line widths and sheet effects measured in imperial (standard) map units don't seem to be similarly scaled. This can lead to odd situations such a 10' wide road becoming 10m (32.8084 ft) wide or shadow, glow and blur effects becoming similarly lengthened. This may not be a general problem (there are too many metric templates out there for me to know where to start checking) but it's an issue that needs to be considered when one includes a metric scale template in a new style.
