Printed without lighting effects?
So the print preview had the lighting effects on.. they're active on the layer, too. Here's what the map should have looked like, and what printed. It's fine, I'm not going to reprint, but want to know what I may have done wrong for future prints.

What I'd recommend is to print a large one-page pdf file, and then use Adobe's poster print option to scale that across mutlple pages.
