Question about Redownloading Previously Purchased Software onto a New Computer

I bought and downloaded FT3 and CC3+ several years ago and then just a week ago I bought a new computer. I would like to redownload FT3 and CC3+ onto my new computer and transfer all my saved files from my old computer to my new computer. Is this possible? If it is possible, what's the best way to do it? Can I just save FT3, CC3+, and all my maps and stuff to the cloud and then download all of it from the cloud onto my new computer, and then be able to use FT3 and CC3+ on my new computer?

I recommend just grabbing the latest version of the installers (and the latest updates too) from your registration page and use those to install the software on your new computer, and then transfer your maps and stuff using the cloud.
