This is the third part of my battle map tutorials. The first two parts can be found here. This third part deals with adding contours to your map. These aren't hills, but more gentle rises in terrain to give visual interest to an otherwise flat map. Like most of my techniques, this is meant to be a quick means of adding features to a battle map. I hope that you find it useful.

Contours Grass - This is used to add a darker ares of grass on the low side of the contour. You should use either a darker version of you grass fill or one on the transparent solids like Solid 30 if there is not a darker version.
Contour Black - This is where the low side of the contour is defined using a black polyline.
Contour White - This is where the high side of the contour is defined using a white polyline.
On this map I did not extend the white onto the road because I wanted the road to have a gentler slope.
