Can't install CA3

I recently installed CC3+ and update 21, but now I can't install CA3. When I try, it tells me that it can't find my CC3 installation and I need to install and run it first. CC3 is very much installed and I have run it a number of times. Please help!

That looks very much like you are trying to install the wrong CA3 setup. You need to download the setup that is labelled "for CC3+".
