Where to be to begin Installation

I've had errors of not finding files, lockups, installed, uninstalled various things now. I've probably messed up my computer big time. Can someone please tell me where I need to be to begin installation of CC3+ and add-ons. I have Windows 7 Professional on my system. Is there an exact version that it needs to be? Is there an exact Service Pack that has to be loaded? MicroSoft Visual CC+ version that has to be there before beginning? I've installed and uninstall all that several times, so I don't even know where it is at this point. But if I could just know where I'm trying to be before I install CC3+ I might have a shot.

Have you looked in your Program Data folder? You would have to go to your PC, and show the hidden folders.

CC3+ doesn't require any particulars, as long as you are Running Win 7 or higher, that should be about it. It does require the Visual C++ runtimes (2013 and 2017), but these should be installed automatically by the installer. You can of course try to install these manually first, if so, make sure to get the 32-bit versions (x86) no matter the version of the OS).

Bases on your description, it sounds like you are experiencing uncommon problems, so I recommend you contact technical support.
