Edge Striping Width

Yet another question...
I have been having trouble adjusting the width of my Edge Striping lines. The only settings I can manage to fix are the AMOUNT of lines, or how thick they become. For some reason, I can't figure out how to make the width between lines wider. If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks.

    The Edge Striping effect uses a 1 pixel high by n pixel width image to set the pattern used around the edges. By creating a new image, you can vary the distance between lines (and transparency and color and other parameters, if that's your thing). The Size parameter in the effects settings dialog sets how wide that edge image will be in the final output. There are some example files in the @Filters\Image directory.
