Sheets disappear as I try to move, scale, or copy symbols
Upfront, I have searched for the answer to my problem but haven't found it. So if this is a duplicate problem I apologize.
The issue I am having, is that I copied objects from one map to place into another; which was successful. However, when I took those symbols and scaled them to the new map and tried to move them my map disappears and I have to undo to get the map to show up again. After numerous attempts I discovered that all sheets from my map seem to disappear until I undo the move, copy, or cut.
Just don't understand why I cannot move, copy, cut and then paste the symbols onto the map and sheet. Spent way too much time researching this and not finding an answer and getting beyond frustrated.

Using that list as an example: Text is drawn last. The Sea is drawn first.
I don't think there is a way to directly copy them to a destination sheet, but if you do a change properties and select by Prior immediately after placing them, you can easily change the sheet of the entities you just pasted to whatever you need.
