    Hi. I am now getting an error whenever I try to open and CC3+ file, even via the program in Programfiles (x86). And I tried running Update 19, with the same reults. Glad I finished my Village map first. This only happened in the last hour or so. Heeellllppppp!!!!!

    Can you open it if you double click on your village map?

    Did it open ok at the end of the installation process for update 19?

    What OS and AV do you have, and was the AV turned on?

    (I know these are really basic questions, but I'm just ruling things out)

    If its like the error message that Fabio Pedrada got (see FB comment he made 2 days ago), Ralf asked Fabio to send him a tech report in that instance.

    Maybe that would be the way to go with this one?

    As Sue said, a tech support request is often the best way to go when you get errors, but if you could post the actual error message, someone here might know what is going on.

    Have you tried opening a completely different map ?

    Seems to be OK on my desktop, but not my laptop.
