My web page does not turn up on the "User website" listing

Does anybody know what I could be doing wrong? I included my web page in my registration info but it does not turn up on the User websites list.

Unless I am mistaken, ProFantasy reviews all the sites manually before they are included in the list. It doesn't happen automatically just by adding it to your registration page.
