    It's nice to have a habitable space indicator, but I need to extend/shrink its components. There are three interlocking trapezoids, red/green/blue, each with text inside. I'd like to (for example) resize the green and shrink the red to compensate. I know how I would do this in Illustrator or Photoshop, but no clue how in CC.

    Those are regular polygons with a solid fill. Probably just as quick to redraw as edit them, but you can also use the node editing tool to move the corners a bit. Use modifiers like Endpoint and On for precise placement.
