Invalid Drive error on install

whenever I try to install CC3 i get "Invalid Drive G:" but G is a drive that died a while back and its not connected to the computer anymore. The installer wont let me repair or remove, it only give me the error message.
I will appreciate it very much if anyone at all are able to help me with this =)

I am guessing that you had CC3 installed on drive G sometimes in the past? (Windows caches the information about a product that is installed, and this information stays with your Windows installation even if that drive is not physically there any more)

Have you tried uninstalling it first from Programs and Features in the control panel? This will often cause windows to realize that it is missing, and allow you to remove the entry. Otherwise one of the various uninstallers out there might also be able to clean up the windows install database.

If you contact technical support, they should also be able to help you straighten this out.
