add a background in a current map

Hello,
I work with the realistation of a chart with CC3 and I realized that my background had disappeared.
Can somebody it say to me how to make to add it?

Did you check to make sure that the layer and sheet the background is on is not hidden.

Yes, nothing in the sheet...

Is there something on a sheet above the background that might be blocking it?
