Source Maps missing from CC2

I have installed TTC, SMC, but only Castles has an icon in CC2. Only Temples has an icon in CC3.
1) Why isn't Temples showing up in CC2?
2) Is there no compatability update for Castles in CC3?

    Hmmm… Quite weird. The temples button isn’t supposed to show up in CC3. Both buttons should only appear in CC2. ProFantasy will eventually release a CC3 compatibility update for Source Maps: Castles and Source Maps: Temples, Tombs and Catacombs. They are in the pipeline but not available yet.
    By the way, I own both modules and on my computer they work as described above.
    I therefore advise you to get in touch with ProFantasy’s support team.
