    Hello Asleh :)

If you use the search facility and click the radio button for 'Users', searching on that username, you will be able to see that he was active not that long ago (logged into the forum just a few hours ago in fact)

Have you tried to whisper him?

You do that by adding a comment to this thread and putting his user name in the 'Whisper your comments to' box.

Hopefully that will send an email alert to his email account if you're lucky :)

Unfortunately, whispers do not send email alerts. The forum does not send any sort of notifications at all unless you manually subscribe to a discussion, category, or the forum.

    Aaah. Thanks Dogtag.

Sorry Asleh - my comment was confusing anyway.

When you make a new comment on a thread like this one there is a little box at the top called

    'Whisper your comments to(optional)'

That was the box I suggested putting his name in so that you could get in contact with him that way by making a new comment on this thread, but now that Dogtag has clarified the fact that people aren't notified unless they set their accounts up to be notified, then there is little point in doing that anyway.

(I must have altered the settings on my own account a long time ago and forgotten all about it, Dogtag )

    Glad it worked.
In case someone else tries it, besides the 2 links I provided above, (PDF and EXE), you'll need this file as well:

And keep in mind some AVs (antivirus) may detect/block/quarantine/remove the exe file.

    sorry for being late :)
I did not see this question before now...
Glad to see that other members of the community already were able to help.

I hope my program still works.

    What does the tool do?
    Hello Quenten,

the tool can rotate real world data in combination with FT3 - because FT3 can not do that on its own.
The discussion came up a while ago - how the earth would look like when its rotation axis was changed by 90 degrees.
Rotation of the globe is simple - but the belonging map in equirectangular coordinates looks rather strange - no trivial transformation by "90-degrees rotation".

You'll find a more detailed description with pics in the documentation:

I am currently using your program, moving the North Pole to Uluru, formerly known as Ayer's Rock. Once that's done, all I need to do is melt the antarctic ice cap (, add ice to Arctica, formerly known as Australia, and maybe tweak the sea level, and my new D&D campaign can begin!

    Many thanks, Weatherman Sweden!

Edit: Alas, taking off 4.8 kilometers of ice is a pain. I may just make the changes in CC3+. ^_^
