New Map Templates

Newby question. When I call up the dialog box to select a map template it does nothing. I have to select my own specifications on CC3 and none of my pro installations will work. I am running Vista. I had previously used all these without issue some time ago on my XP machine. Any ideas how I can get these to work? Thank you.

When you change template, then type New at the command line. That initializes the new template and shows it.

Did you run the CC3 installation under Vista with the "Run as Administrator" option? It sounds like your install did not go through correctly under Vista. Please try a re-install and choose "Run as Administrator" when starting teh exe file. CC2 Pro is not supported under Vista.

I tried reinstalling it as "Run as Administrator" and same issue. I click on the template and nothing happens. Is there a open option or something. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Maybe I should switch to my XP machine.

Have you installed the latest patch from the registration page? If yes, and it still doesn't work, please submit a tech support request from our website with this issue.
