Latest CC3+ Version or Patch level?

Hey all,
Getting some weirdness with the Trace command when zoomed in. Thus, I am wondering if I have the latest CC3+ version patched. I'm showing 3.75 yet an email in DEC from Ralf suggests updating. Checking my update page, I see nothing new (so, I apparently can't clear history on this site or I'm up to date).
