Please Help with download of CD3

Ok, i bought the CD3 and i go to install it and when i start up the CD3 start up, it goes through all the steps until it starts downloading then it gives me error code: 2343 and saying patch 6 didn't install something error code" -11 PLEASE i need help. I really want to use this program i spent $46 on. thanks

1. I assume you've got CC3 already installed and working? If not, do that first.

2. Some systems had problems with patch 6. Just go to your Registration Page, and get Patch 7 from there, and install that first. Now you should be able to install CD3 directly, without the need to install patch 6 first.

You might also want to make sure that you have .Net Framework 1.1 and .Net Framework 2.0 installed. Despite the names these are two separate programs, and you should have both installed with the latest patches. Patch 7 is likely to fix the problem, but these are both necessary to get everything working properly.

Sprry it took so long to reply. school:( anyways i feel stupid because i didnt know it was an add-on so i downloaded CC3 and patch 7 and those work fine, so i started up CD3 and it said it was corrupted so im re-installing it and hopefully it works, ill keep you informed Thanks so much for all your guys help :P
