Different texture sizes when zooming

Hey all.
Working on my last map i realized i couldn´t get a texture small enough to show as i wanted. Posting an image so you all can see it. I´m trying to get the right side texture form but i only get it if i zoom it, if i take the whole drawing that´s what i get.
Wasn´t there a way to change such textures view? I can´t remember how. I tried using the Sample Width but didn´t work. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Note that the sample width you mention is only for the size of the sample in the preview window.
