CC3+; Error 00000007E loading XP module
Hi together,
I have installed the CC3+ as well as corresponding Update 9 under windows 10. Any time I start CC3+ I get the following Error Message:
Error 00000007E loading XP module: Effects.dll
When I klick on OK, CC3+ starts but almost all symbols or icons of the catalog are white / blank.
I have tried to unistall and reinstall several times without any improvement.
Anybody who can help?

Did you disable your antivirus before installation, and right click the installers and install as Administrator?
Thanks and yes I did. Unfortunately it didn't help.

Thanks, after installing the 32-bit version it seems to work now.
