I bought the Tome of Ultimate Mapping today and it looks great. I'd like to get it printed though and wondered if the front and back covers (as shown in thumbnail form on the product page: https://secure.profantasy.com/products/tome.asp) are available in high resolution to enable me to make it look nice and pretty.

Obviously, the print version would only be for my personal use but I do like my print books to look nice when not in use hence the request. Thanks.
