CC3+ - Mike Schley Vegetation Scale Bug

There seems to be a bug in the Schley Vegetation catalog with the scale not keeping it's settings.
To reproduce this bug:
Start a new map using pre-defined template 1000 x 800
Select the vegetation symbol catalog
Select one of the symbols from the catalog, right click, set scale to 2, place symbol.
Scroll up or down in the catalog window.
Select another vegetation symbol.
New Symbol has reverted to a scale of 1. Shouldn't it remain as 2?

I was able to track this down more precisely. It happens whenever a Macro Drawing tool enters the (visible) symbol catalog window. It seems like this causes the scale to reset to the default map scale when the tool becomes visible. The Vegetation Catalog will cause this to happen a lot because of all the forest drawing tools, but you can also find it in the structures catalog. Simply scroll down so the text tool at the top is scrolled away from the window, change the scale as you describe, and then scroll the catalog to make the text tool come back into the window. Any other scrolling doesn't affect it, but once the Macro tool enters, it is reset.
