  go to CC and look at where the file is located. copy it out of there and paste it into the same location in CC+.

  Note that the above procedure will only provide rudimentary access to the raster resources. Because CC3+ now uses a separate data directory, the automatic resolution feature of CC will not work with the symbols and fills until the references in templates and symbol catalogs are fixed, and you will not get the symbol catalog settings either, which means that the symbol catalog buttons will not work, you will need to load symbol catalogs manually. All these things and some more are why it takes a bit of time to make everything from CC3 compatible with CC3+.
  You are welcome to do this obviously, but note that any such manual procedure will be unsupported.
