Cosmographer 3 - Traveller Large System Bitmap missing

In the COS3_Essentials.pdf document, on page 21, Solar System Charts, reference is made to using the "Traveller Large System Bitmap," yet I do not find this template in my installation. Does anyone else have this issue? What have I overlooked, if anything? Thanks for any help that can be provided.

    Disregard. I found the template. It, among other templates, is simply not loading in the GUI for some reason. I can explicitly open it from the File > Open... menu item. Though, I count it a defect that I am unable to select it from the New Drawing Wizard.

    It shows up just fine for me. Did you make sure to select 'Pick a pre-defined' template on the first wizard screen? This template is not a wizard template, so it will not show up if you select decide settings myself.
