colour symbols

I'm a first day mapper and I've no idea what I've done but *ALL* the symbols are only black and white.

I've shut down and restarted CC3+ but no luck, everything is B&W, or at least symbol-wise! I can draw lines in colour.

I don't know what to do.

Hellen, that sounds like you have changed the symbol style to B&W. Click the button "Symbol Style Toggle" (on the left toolbar) repeatedly, until you're back at the style you were using before.
