What is CC3+?

I noticed I have a product update registered to my account that allows me to go to CC3+. However, that's all I know about CC3+. I see posts about it with pretty pictures, but what am I getting new for the 30$? Is it just an art style added or are there new features?

Thanks for replies. I think I'll upgrade. Speed was a major issue I have with CC3 even though it makes wonderful maps.
