Cold climate tweaks to Jon Roberts

I'm working on an adventure set in a cold, northern climate. I love the Jon Roberts overland style, particularly the ease with which you can lay out realistic mountain ranges. One of the challenges I was having with the style was that the Northern edge of my map was going to be an arctic sea with ice flows. I also wanted to be able to show glaciers filling some of the valleys in a large, northern mountain range.

With that in mind, I created a new fractal land tool in light blue with a white inner glow which I used to manually draw in ice pack along the Northern coast. I also created a glacier terrain tool with a slight bevel which I used to draw in glaciers around some of the ridges of mountains. In some places I think the bevel comes across a bit too heavy, but in general I'm happy with the look.
