How do I remove an imported fill style?

I imported a bitmap fill style. However, I decided I didn't like the fill style, so I want to remove it. I thought removing the bitmap would work, but the fill style is still present in the fill style lists, except there is an 'X' showing that it is missing.

Open the fill style dialog (the FS:NameOfFill box on the upper right of the screen), go to the Bitmap Files tab, select the fill style you want to remove, and hit the "Delete" button.
