How do I get the labels on a hex grid to stay visible
I've started creating a nice hex grid map for a 501c, but the labels from the hex gird aren't visible due to being under the terrain icons. I've tried moving layers and sheets and I cannot get the labels for the grid to display. Anyone got any suggestions? I attached a copy of what I'm working on so people can look at it. Any tips or suggestions are appreciated

Add another sheet called text and move all text to it.
The list of sheets should be:
Common
Borders
Land
text
Now the numbers will be on top of the terrain.
