Cannot download SS4

Greetings!
I purchases SS4 download and I can't download it. I have had no problems with other downloads until this past weekend and then SS4 and some Annuals wouldn't go. I tried SS4 again, twice, and it won't download. (This included a reboot) But I did manage to get CA87 to come down fine.
Any thoughts on why the download wouldn't work?
