CC2 Question on Map Background

Hello, I have CC2 from many years ago. I haven't used it in a very long time.

Can anyone remind me how to change the color of the background?
When I click on Edit and then change background color, nothing happens.

Are you looking for View>View-Window Color? That will change the background of the main screen and the background of the symbol list as well.
