Great work! Have you considered using a different font for the map? The current plain one doesn't seem to wholly match the feel of the map.

Yeah, I was going through all different kinds of fonts but with all the names it always got pretty crouded...

if you want to conserve space with names so you can use a different font then try using numbers and a legend off in the corner. I do that almost exclusively now.

I really like to shape of your landmass. you seem to spend a lot of detail on lots of little bays and inlets, very nice. I also like your sea contours, I always have troubles with those.
