Installing CC Pro 2 and 3 mixed versions.

I have not used CC Pro for many years and would like to install it on my new computer. I have already installed CC Pro 3 and DD 3 on my computer. I have several CC Pro 2 programs (City Designer 2, Fractal Terrains). Will these programs work with CC Pro 3? (I'm assuming it is backwards compatable, but I just wanted to make sure before I install the programs).

No, they wont.

There are some compatibility versions that work with CC3. Profantasy can give you a better answer than mine.

Thank you. I was trying to avoid paying the upgrade cost, but I will just buy the upgrade now.

You don't have to pay for upgrades if you just want the old addons to work. There are free compatibility updates for all the old CC Pro addons that will make them work with CC3. Of course, purchasing the upgrade to the CC3 equivalents does provide new artwork and functionality for these addons.
