Problems with symbol sets

Hello,

i'm sort of new to CC or especially DD3. I've got myself the DD3 as my first addon and am planning of getting the symbol sets because the selection is sort of limited

Now I read some topics and sites and everyone was like: get the CSUAC symbols.
Ok.. done

My problem... whenever I use the FSC files from within this (e.g. drive:\CC3\Symbols\CSUAC\CC3_CSUAC_Creatures\Alien.FSC) the index is sort of read BUT the symbols do not appear. It's just white and a red X in there. So something seems to be wrong here.

Can anyone help me with this? I really could use some of these symbols for my campaign

The red X'es indicates that the path to the images are wrong, so CC3 can't find them. Make sure you place the folders EXACTLY as outlined in the instructions, and that you don't end up with an extra folder level in between (A common "problem" when unzipping is that many unzipping utilities create an extra folder by the same name as the zip file and place everything inside it, thus adding an additional level to the folder structure specified inside the zip file)

No. You have moved the art files out of the directory structure created when extracting the zip files. The correct path for the bear folder shown in your screenshot should have been d:\CC3\Symbols\CSUAC\BL4_FM8 Animal\Bear (Object)
