Text Sheet Effects

Hi All,

Ive been playing around with sheets this morning and their use especially with the map text. Ive not found a combo I really like yet. Can anyone recommend any good settings for the text effects ? Im using Times New Roman with Black text at the moment but im happy to change any of this if someone can recommend anything.

    I usually do a narrow, but bright glow around text to make it readable across any background. Color 255, 15, or any of the brightest number of a color row. Alternatively use a color that matches the general background of the map. Strength of the GLow should be 1 or 2, and the blur radius depends on the size of the map - perhaps something from 2 to 10.

    As for the font, that totally depends on the map's style, but I'd usually not use Times New Roman as it looks rather "booky". There's a huge number of nice free fonts around on the web.
