Two symbol questions
1) Somewhere along the line, I lost the ability to do a full-page symbol spread by right-clicking the symbol bar. Is there an option or preference somewhere that controls this?
2) I'm somewhat annoyed at the way certain symbols force themselves on to the SYMBOLS sheet. I can see where this is a reasonable default, but I'd like to have more control and just have them use the current sheet. I know how to change this setting for a particular instance of a symbol (through properties) and for the definition of a single symbol (through Symbol Manager). But changing this setting individually for, say, every type of forest symbol is going to be really, really tedious since Symbol Manager only lets you edit one at a time. Is there some way to quickly change this setting for a large group of symbols?

I've found it helpful to actually manually corrupt that setting to get the symbol catalogue to show up on the right side (Since you cannot manually place it there). I use a two-monitor setup, and fills the right monitor with a symbol catalogue.
