Echo Smartpen and CC3

hello all,
I am trying to see if anyone has used the Echo smartpen with CC3. The Echo smartpen has an app that you can get where you use the stylus to draw on the paper and via it's USB cable the computer knows where you are drawing. I am interested to know if anyone has used it or looked into doing so?
