DD3 White Screen Issue

Hi All,

Been working on a map using DD3 this morning. Ive come to open it again and where the map should show in the centre of the screen surrounded by tool bars all ive got is a white map screen with a red border. I can click on tool bars and i can open menus but the map just isnt showing. If i go to print preview the map is there but not on the working area. Please help !!!

Try clicking the Zoom Extents button

. This changes the zoom level to a level where your entire map can be displayed in the view window at once.

Hi Monsen ive tried that :-( Ive tried rebooting, ive tried opening the file in different ways. Ive looked for obvious setting changes and still nothing - and yet the map is there somewhere because it appears when i use print preview.

Looks like the zoom has ended up on an undefined value. Use View -> Zooms -> To All Text. This will bring up a list of text in your map. Select one of the items, this will zoom the map to this text. Save the map. Now you can use the regular zoom buttons again.
