Not sure, but you can just load one of the example maps (#Annual\Issue 44 - Landform Maps\CA44_Example1 - The Great River.FCW) as a symbol catalog to get access to all the symbols used in that map. If you start a new landform map using the Wizard, and then click the the "Symbols in map" button right next to the "load symbol catalog button" right above the symbol catalog, you should also get them.
