Mexican Fort in Dioramas

I've completed my first (personal) really big Dioramas project over Easter. Inspired (or should I say maddened?) by my Perspectives version of the Mexican Fort in our "Deadlands Reloaded" game, I created this beastie:

The Dioramas source file is huge (and a mess), and I doubt it's very useful for anyone. I'm attaching a re-organized subsection of the whole thing here that has a bit of assembly instructions as well. It should serve well enough as an example for using this add-on.
Let me know whether you want to see more of the Dioramas files. If you do, I'd be interested to hear whether the attached example is clear enough for you to understand the assembly.

Where are you getting some of your miniatures? I don't recognize any of them, off the top of my head. Especially the person with the (i think) shotgun and cross, but really, any of them?

Most of the miniatures (including the preacher) are from Black Scorpion's Tombstone line. Those are really top-notch miniatures (fairly large, about 30-32mm). They provided minis for John "Preacher" Matthews (my character), our black gunslinger Joe Dalton, and the soiled dove Katie.
The Doc and the ex-Confederate captain are from Artizan Designs, while the "foreign warrior" Satsuke Maeda is from Perry Miniatures.
And thanks for the kind words! This was a fun project.
