Exporting rivers as Vectors (FTPro)

I am using FTPro in the newest version and I want to export the calculated vector river-overlay to a *.svg-file. I've already tried to convert the *.fcw files from the CC2 export to svg but the vectors in this output are broken up in thousands of small vectors. Hard to explain, but what I am looking for is a possibility to export the Vector river overlay from FTPro directly to a SVG file.
Any ideas?
