Winterheath campaign map

I am starting a new RPG campaign this summer and bought CC3 to map it out. Arttached is the map I have so far. I am now going to start on a map of the town of Winterheath itself.

Is mapping a town doable with just basic CC3? Or will I need to pickup the city mapper add-on?

Mapping a town is quite doable without City Designer, but City Designer comes with a lot of tools and symbols that makes drawing towns much easier.

yes you can make a town with just CC2/3 although the city designer has more schtuff...
