Did you try to create something else (eg a overland map) and then try to create again a floorplan ? You might have done something that didn't close well and left things unfinished.
I don't believe so. I created a hyperlink to a location on an overland map. I then created a cityscape. When I try to create a floorplan from the cityscape, or indeed, any cityscape, CC3 locks up. Should I re-install?

Type that at the CC3 command line.
It ends any macro that didn't finish.
