This command lets you create a hotspot on the map that can link to any type of file on your system. The only requirement is that the file is correctly associated with an application (If you can double-click on the file in windows explorer, and it opens correctly, then you can hyperlink it from CC3 too). Note that you cannot point the hyperlink to a specific section in the file though, it can only open the file.
